Grid Dynamics
We’re looking for a hands‑on GCP DevOps Engineer who owns CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and production Kubernetes environments end to end. This person should be comfortable running and securing cloud infrastructure at scale, partnering closely with developers, and keeping systems reliable, observable, and production‑ready.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices and applications.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or other IaC tools on Google Cloud Platform.
Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system availability and health.
Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
Drive best practices in DevSecOps and ensure compliance with enterprise‑grade security standards.
Support high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies for critical services.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‑related issues in development, staging, and production environments.
Maintain infrastructure documentation and runbooks for smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
Expertise in GCP services (Compute, IAM, VPC, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub)
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Spinnaker
Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Stackdriver)
Familiarity with secure cloud architecture and role‑based access controls (RBAC)
Ability to support DevOps for AI/ML workloads, integrating with pipelines and GPU workloads
Comfortable working in agile, fast‑paced environments with distributed teams
