Job Title: Project Engineer
Overview The Project Engineering Manager leads the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects from proposal through commissioning. This role manages a team of engineers and drives collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects.
Manage a team of engineers to ensure project success.
Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.
Oversee project coordination, document control, and design processes.
Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office for project management and design tasks.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience with document control and P&ID development.
Design and blueprint interpretation abilities.
Mechanical engineering expertise.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of engineering experience within industrial equipment.
1+ year of management or leadership experience.
Work Environment The work environment consists of a cubicle setting with occasional time spent on the floor. The position offers a professional atmosphere conducive to collaboration and project execution.
Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
