Base pay range

Controller Compensation:
$120K–$150K base + 20% bonus A privately held, service-oriented organization in Carrollton is seeking a
hands‑on Controller
to oversee financial management, treasury operations, and HR/payroll administration. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic insight and strong operational accounting skills, thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund transfers. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Supervise GL activity, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed assets. Lead payroll, benefits, and compliance processes. Review and approve AP/AR transactions and vendor payments. Partner with the CEO and department heads on business planning and performance analysis. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles. Strong understanding of GAAP, cash management, and financial systems. Proven ability to manage both strategic and day‑to‑day financial functions. Why Join:
