Corporate Controller
to serve as the organization’s senior accounting leader and technical accounting authority. This role is
not transactional . Core accounting operations are established. The Controller will focus on governance, consolidations, audit readiness, internal controls, inventory accounting, and scalable systems. The position partners closely with the CFO and plays a critical role in strengthening financial discipline as the business grows. Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain GAAP accounting policies, procedures, and documentation Own multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements Maintain strong internal controls and continuous audit readiness Oversee inventory accounting, costing methodologies, and variance analysis Coordinate external audits and regulated reporting requirements Drive improvements to the month-end close process Partner with IT on ERP integrity and system scalability Lead and develop the accounting team Support budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and strategic initiatives Qualifications
CPA preferred 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience Strong technical accounting and audit ownership background Experience in inventory-intensive or manufacturing environments Multi-entity consolidation experience ERP experience strongly preferred High integrity, strong communication skills, and sound judgment Full-time, onsite role in
