Assistant Manager
– Domino's Pizza

Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, product quality, maintenance of perfect image, customer relations, and service times.
Lead by example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your team.
Manage staffing levels during your shift, train team members, and complete all required and requested reports.
Complete all duties assigned to CSRs and Delivery Experts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.
Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions: rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
Have a positive and helpful attitude and be willing to conform to all image and uniform standards of Domino's Pizza.
Able to work alone or with others.
Desire to meet high quality‑control standards, even in fast‑paced circumstances.
Essential Functions / Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
Strong hand/eye coordination.
Ability to receive instruction and complete tasks within a specified period of time.
Physical Requirements
Many tasks are performed from a standing position; team members are expected to remain standing for extended periods.
Delivery experts are expected to walk briskly or run when safe to do so between the store and delivery vehicle and between the delivery vehicle and the customer’s location.
Team members will occasionally be required to lift up to 30 pounds and rarely up to 50 pounds.
Weights and sizes of packages vary during deliveries.
Team members must infrequently climb ladders to perform cleaning duties, change signs, or perform maintenance.
Delivery of product may require navigating five or more flights of stairs.
Perform crouching, bending, and reaching frequently when preparing products, stocking, and cleaning.
