Job Summary
Responsible for all warehouse roles within the Jacksonville facility.
Order fulfillment: picking, packing and shipment processing.
Inbound processing: accurate receiving, counting, sorting and labeling of inbound shipments.
Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment and consolidation.
Audit work processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Setup and train new associates.
Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
Audit cleaning duties and schedule.
Check in on employees before, during and after shift.
Research issues in CSD to find and correct problems.
Qualifications And Requirements
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal (team‑building) skills.
Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
Current forklift certification.
