Assistant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Requirements
Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during shift.
Positive attitude and great motivator.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Reliably insured vehicle.
Great role model, punctual, positive attitude with customers and co‑workers.
Minimum age 18 years old.
