MGP Ingredients
We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Custodial Worker to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing facility with office spaces. Primary duties include cleaning/sanitizing work areas, proper disposal, and minor maintenance tasks.
What will you do?
Maintain floor cleanliness by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and/or waxing.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Refill necessary supplies as needed.
Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of trash into compactor/dumpster.
Collect cardboard and plastic film for recycling.
Safely operate custodial equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, balers, and trash compactors.
What do you need to bring to the table?
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Follow and understand verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to lift 40lbs overhead.
Ability to stand, walk, or bend for extended period.
Capable of climbing ladders and working from heights.
