as a CNC Laser Production Operator. This role is located in Avon, OH, and covers the 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will operate CNC laser equipment to produce high‑quality metal components.
Pay Range Base pay: $17.00–$26.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
Own the laser cutting process from setup through inspection.
Operate CNC laser equipment safely and precisely.
Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues.
Process parts to spec based on setup sheets and technical drawings.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards.
Capture production and operational data as required.
Follow safety and quality procedures consistently.
Support additional manufacturing tasks around the shop when needed.
Qualifications
2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in a fabrication or manufacturing setting.
Experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
Ability to interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
Mechanical strength with solid math and measurement skills.
Detail‑driven mindset with a strong quality focus.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Reliable communicator ready for 2nd shift (Mon–Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM).
