Hermon Iron Foundry Operator
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI
Shift: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:18 PM plus overtime
Compensation: $26.55 per hour

We are looking for a Hermann Pattern & Loop to join our Cast Iron division. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.
Responsibilities
Blow off wipe down patterns as required. Spray pattern with release agent.
Operate core setting robot.
Assist with pattern changes.
Operate hoist and crane as well as perform safety check sheet.
Keep patterns clean of any sticking or loose sand.
Operate PIV and perform checklist.
Communicate with operator and supervisor on hole changes, stickers, pattern changes.
Wear required PPE.
Follow LOTO.
Check change and maintain day codes on all patterns.
Check Sprue Formers go/no-go gauge.
Attend Tier One meetings.

Qualifications
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
