Responsibilities Concessions & Food & Beverage Revenue Management

Oversee all F&B‑related financial operations in coordination with the Concessionaire.

Monitor concession sales performance, operational readiness, and revenue‑impacting issues.

Establish walk‑through schedules with the Concessionaire to identify matchday operational gaps (e.g., inventory, staffing, service flow).

Support Partner Rights Delivery by ensuring that food & beverage commitments to FIFA26 Commercial Partners are fulfilled.

Assist with end‑of‑day financial settlements for the Concessionaire and ensure accurate documentation for reconciliation.

Parking & Transportation Revenue Oversight

Work closely with the Transport Team to manage spectator parking revenue processes.

Oversee parking operational plans, including flow, pricing implementation, ticketing alignment, and vendor service quality.

Support or contribute to financial settlements with the Spectator Parking partner.

Identify potential issues affecting parking revenue (e.g., access disruptions, traffic flow, equipment failures).

Business Intelligence, Data Integration & Financial Reporting

Coordinate data integration between venue operations and FIFA26 Business Intelligence teams.

Review and ensure the accuracy of financial data feeds across concessions, parking, and ancillary revenue streams.

Prepare detailed daily matchday status reports for Venue Business Strategy leadership and other stakeholders.

Support the Finance Venue Representative with pre‑settlement preparation, documentation, reporting, and reconciliation.

Identify revenue‑impacting trends and communicate urgent findings proactively.

Matchday Operations & Stakeholder Coordination

Maintain continuous communication with venue representatives, on‑site FIFA26 stakeholders, suppliers, and Concessionaire teams.

Identify and elevate operational issues during matchdays that may affect revenue, guest experience, or vendor performance.

Provide on‑ground business support to ensure revenue operations remain aligned with FIFA standards.

Ensure full alignment with Venue Business Strategy for operational planning, reporting, and daily execution.

Profile Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Operations, or related field preferred.

Advanced coursework or certifications in revenue management, data analytics, or financial operations is an asset.

Work Experience

Experience in business operations, financial oversight, venue management, concessions management, or revenue operations required.

Prior experience with F&B financials, parking revenue, or major event revenue streams preferred.

Experience working in large‑scale events, stadium operations, or high‑volume hospitality environments is highly beneficial.

Experience in financial reporting, settlements, vendor oversight, or data integration is advantageous.

Language

Fluent in English required.

Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus.

Technology

Strong proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and data reporting platforms.

Familiarity with POS systems, F&B analytics platforms, and venue revenue dashboards.

Ability to work with Business Intelligence systems and integrate multiple data sets.

Strong documentation and reporting skills in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Monday.com.
