About The Role The
MDS Coordinator
oversees the RAI/MDS process, ensures accurate and timely assessments, and collaborates closely with all clinical departments. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance with CMS and LTCI guidelines and supporting resident‑centered care planning.
Key Responsibilities
Complete and process all MDS assessments accurately and on time
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop person‑centered care plans
Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure timely RAI/MDS transmission
Review and prepare reports for Quality Measures and Quality Indicators
Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
