POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or until job is complete. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
Work comfortably at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
Be on the move: willing and able to work on your feet for extended periods, including overtime as needed.
Contribute to our safety culture, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments (eComm, inventory, web‑request) depending on business needs.
Perform any other job‑related tasks or follow instructions given by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Physical demands : The employee must have the visual, auditory, physical, and mental ability to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequently lift products weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds; exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling commercial tires.
Protective equipment required : Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). All equipment is provided by U.S. AutoForce, except for steel/composite toe boots.
Work environment : Exposure to weather conditions at the time of duty; moderate noise levels; fumes from tires and occasional car parts and lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
Compliance with all company safety policies and state/federal transportation regulations.
Ability to pass forklift certification.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Adherence to instructions and safe operating procedures.
Competence in a team environment.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (THC/marijuana testing not required).
