Overall Goal of Position We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Analyst to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply planning function.

Tactically and strategically source raw materials and packaging to support factory operations while supporting and building OurRecipe@SauerBrands.

Job Summary The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for the physical cycle counting process and daily reconciliation of inventory availability, consumption and loss. The analyst analyses inventory issues and generates reports for management pertaining to inventory loss, damages, BOM errors, scrap, and consumption. The analyst will also audit the receiving of materials, batching, and storage requirements on a frequent basis. In addition, the analyst will review on‑hand inventory, demand, balance, and open purchase orders. The primary goal is to investigate losses, find the root cause and determine the best solution in order to maintain inventory accuracy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Investigate inventory discrepancies; find the root cause and a solution.

Create and or update policy and procedures pertaining to inventory control.

Participate in end of month (may be required to stay late at end of month closing).

Direct and coordinate daily cycle count requirements (oversee cycle counters).

Audit multiple cycle counts weekly (number set by Operations Manager).

Weight‑out‑room inventory lot verification.

Review inventory adjustment request; approve or request recount.

Create and distribute weekly inventory reports (summary of week).

Perform other duties as required.

Education & Experience

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Minimum of two or three years of inventory control related experience.

Understand lot control and its purpose.

Basic understanding of GAAP preferred but not required.

Good communication skill.

Basic math skills.

Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook and other general computer applications.
