Insurance Agent – Sales, Customer Service
Join Freeway Insurance Services, Inc. as an Insurance Agent in the Sales and Customer Service role. This entry‑level position focuses on selling non‑standard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
Pay Range BASIS: $12.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $1,000*

Responsibilities
Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales production goals.
Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
Accurately account for all currency transactions and timely deposit to bank with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
Educate and advise customers on products best fitting their needs.
Qualifications
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (not required).
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong relationship‑building skills.
Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking abilities.
Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
