Right now, your Blairsville Domino’s is looking for qualified assistant managers to staff stores in Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Blairsville. We’re growing so fast it’s hard to keep up, and that means Domino’s has lots of ways for you to grow.
Title Assistant Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3 to 15 people during the shift.
Positive attitude and be a great motivator.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Access to a reliable insured vehicle.
Great role model and leader; punctual, positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Additional Information Must be able to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available weekends.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.
Background check required.
