Our warehouse team plays a key role in ensuring that event supplies, equipment, and inventory are prepared and delivered efficiently. We are currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support our operations in San Antonio.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, organizing, preparing, and maintaining inventory and event equipment. This role supports event logistics by ensuring materials are available, organized, and ready for use.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Track inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items
Assist with packing and returning equipment after events
Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
Support event and logistics teams as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
Schedule & Compensation
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday for warehouse preparation
Standard shift length: 8 hours
Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
