Key responsibilities
Responsible for personal and personnel safety for the assigned production line and recommend improvements to supervision.
Responsible for product quality of the line, ensuring all components used match Stonyfield standards.
Monitor weight control, line checks, changeovers, startup, shutdown, and other processes.
Ensure Stonyfield products align with specifications, making adjustments when needed and reporting deviations to maintenance and supervision.
Maintain housekeeping, General Manufacturing Practice compliance, and zoning for the line.
Ensure all containers used in production are properly labeled and compliant.
Conduct Clean in Place (CIP) for the line, achieving high sanitation levels within the allotted timeframe.
Ensure operator control sheets accurately reflect fruit and flavor consumption for each SKU run.
Adapt to changes in the work environment and contribute to positive change.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work a 12‑hour schedule.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a noisy area.
Computer literacy required.
English proficiency (reading and writing).
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
Ability to operate in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
Schedule
12‑hour shifts: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
2‑week rotation: Week 1 48 hrs, Week 2 36 hrs.
Week 1: Sat On, Sun On, Mon Off, Tue Off, Wed On, Thu On, Fri Off.
Week 2: Sat Off, Sun Off, Mon On, Tue On, Wed Off, Thu Off, Fri On.
17% shift differential.
