Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Resident Relations Management
Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
Develop and plan property‑related services/programs in collaboration with staff, residents, and other housing agencies
Coordinate monthly newsletters and implement educational programming model for social events
Oversee new and existing resident community outreach and community development
Deal with resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
Develop and implement resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter)
Personnel Management: Assist Community Manager in screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on‑site staff
Assist the Community Manager in ensuring staff effectiveness through ongoing training, coaching, counseling, and guidance in compliance with Asset training benchmarks
Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through support and effective leadership
Ensure staff compliance and consistency with Company policies and procedures
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Physical Requirements
Regular communication with others; repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions; work overtime, weekends, and nights (emergencies)
May stand or sit for prolonged periods, move between worksites, ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and other equipment; lift and place objects up to 25 lbs
Work in various environments including overhead positions, confined spaces, outdoor weather conditions, and possibly hazardous chemicals
Salary Range $15 per hour to $30 per hour
Benefits and Compensation At Asset Living, compensation includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and performance bonuses when applicable. Full‑time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays. Compensation and total rewards may vary based on skills, training, experience, and certifications.
