We’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate caregiver to join our Landmark Lifestyles at Ridgeland Community. Caregiver Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health or behavioral issues as outlined in service plans.
Notify your supervisor of current resident needs and preferences; help develop and revise service plans.
Observe and report resident problems to the LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid.
Participate in onboarding, annual and in‑service training and team meetings, as requested.
Perform other duties assigned by the Wellness Director.
Requirements
Minimum age 18 years.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Required certifications maintained as per state or provincial regulations.
Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements.
