Base pay range Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Financial Sector, with the added benefit of working in beautiful Greece. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Spanish, helping them navigate their financial inquiries with ease.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Spanish
Educate customers on account features, benefits, and financial solutions tailored to their needs
Assist customers with transaction inquiries, account setups, and troubleshooting issues
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for thorough records
Collaborate with financial advisors and compliance teams to ensure high levels of service and regulatory adherence
Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
