As a Project Estimator at Renewable Concepts, you’ll play a vital role in driving the success of our wind energy maintenance projects. You’ll use your estimating, scheduling, and data management skills to help project teams plan accurately and work efficiently.

This in-office position can be based in Neodesha, KS, (preferred), Overland Park, KS, or Duncan, SC. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is detail oriented and is ready to contribute to a growing company, in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare project estimates, job quotations, and maintain cost and schedule data for wind turbine maintenance activities, such as fluid changes, uptown gearing, composites, and large corrective projects.

Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and planning tools.

Analyze wind turbine project data and generate reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Develop and maintain project documentation, proposals, and tracking tools.

Monitor wind energy project progress, update schedules and budgets, and identify potential risks.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on scope, budget, and timelines.

Support continuous improvement of estimating, reporting, and project workflows.

Requirements

Experience in project estimating or planning, ideally in renewable energy, specifically wind turbine maintenance or construction.

High accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and reporting.

Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Familiarity with wind turbine operations and project processes preferred.

Education & Experience

High School diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree is preferred.

2+ years in a project support, estimating, or planning role.

Renewable energy experience preferred. Wind energy strongly preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus; willingness to learn and expand technical capabilities is essential.
