Assistant Manager – Domino’s Pizza
You’re a natural born leader looking to step up from an entry‑level role. This position requires sound judgment, empathy, people‑management insight and the ability to multitask. You’ll help keep the shop running smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for all shift operations including cost control, inventory, cash handling and customer relations.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time.
Lead the team to achieve sales, profitability and quality goals.
Handle staffing, paperwork submission, scheduling, marketing, store cleanliness, and image standards.
Direct activities, work under stress, meet quality control standards, coordinate with co‑workers and customers, and provide sound, ethical decisions in a timely manner.
Greet customers enthusiastically and handle orders and concerns with a positive attitude.
Operate, clean, and maintain all store facilities and equipment.
Prepare products to Domino’s specifications.
Take inventory and stock ingredients, complete related paperwork.
Process telephone orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Navigate delivery routes, read maps, locate addresses, and deliver products safely.
Perform accurate cash handling and mathematical calculations.
Use computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot‑paddle effectively.
Physical Requirements
Stand for most of the shift; walking on tile and linoleum, using surfaces between 36" and 40".
Lift or stack items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouch, squat or use stairs.
Maintain hand‑eye coordination for shaping dough, using a pizza peel, cutter and folding boxes.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18 with a valid driver’s license.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Pass a criminal background check.
