Provide highest quality customer service and assist the maintenance team with keeping common areas near entrances and exits clean. Guide customers in making payments with fully automated revenue control equipment. Help customers with parking services and facilitate efficient traffic flow through the facility. Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the assigned location. Monitor parkers in pay‑in lanes. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers who have forgotten where they parked. Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Conduct garage and facility audits as required by management. Count the revenue “bank” at shift start to ensure accuracy. Make change for customers when required. Quote parking rates to customers. Provide directions to various city locations. Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor aid. Answer telephone promptly and courteously (if required). Maintain cleanliness of the facility and pick up surrounding trash. Appear professionally (neat appearance, uniform) at all times. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications
Education Required : High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education. Experience Required : Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or strong aptitude for technology. Availability to Work : Possibility of 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekend shifts depending on location needs. License Requirement : Valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record. Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to make change. Language Skills : Ability to read, write, and interpret English; effectively present information to customers, supervisors, and staff. Reasoning Ability : Apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions; handle problems with a few concrete variables. Adaptability : Adapt to changes in the work environment; deal with delays or unexpected events. Judgment : Exhibit sound and accurate judgment. Other Skills and Abilities : Use of a clock (standard/military time), calculator (optional), or credit card machine for transactions; maintain a pleasant demeanor on the telephone and with the public; proactively respond to customer problems; demonstrate strong customer service skills; lead by example; work a flexible schedule. Work Environment
Noise level moderate to loud. Exposure to vehicle emissions moderate to high. Exposure to extreme hot/cold temperatures moderate to high. Work under all weather conditions including precipitation and wind. Bright sunlight and nighttime working conditions high. Physical Demands
Frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands; reach with hands and arms; have good close vision. Salary Range
