Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
Current TB or chest X‑ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
