Forklift Operator

Position Overview This is a hands‑on

inventory-focused forklift role

in a

small, narrow‑aisle facility

with approximately

12 employees on the warehouse floor . While forklift operation is a key component, flexibility is essential.

Forklift Experience Required

Cherry Picker (primary equipment)

Stand‑Up Reach

Sit‑Down Forklift

Minimum 2+ years of recent Cherry Picker, Reach & Sit‑down Forklift experience

Safe operating history with proven job stability and longevity

Dennis will have all operators review safety videos first, followed by an on‑equipment evaluation to confirm skill level.

Inventory & Warehouse Responsibilities

Inventory control and

cycle counting experience is required

Sorting, labeling, wrapping, and order picking as needed

Manually unloading floor‑loaded containers (containers are unloaded outdoors)

Supporting general warehouse duties — this is not a “forklift‑only” role

Additional Details

Regular shift:

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Overtime is required several times per month and may include

early starts as early as 5:00 a.m.

Facility has

very narrow aisles

and requires precision driving

Pallets may be full and occasionally double‑stacked

You should be proficient in:
