We’re looking for a
Stocking Team Associate
to join our Walmart Supercenter team.
Base Pay Range Hourly wage range:
$14.00 - $27.00 per hour
Hourly Wage Details Hourly Wage:
$14.5 - $27.5 per hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. The ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
