Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Dairy Deli Frozen Clerk. This role is focused on delivering friendly customer service, maintaining the Dairy Deli Frozen department, and supporting the overall store experience. Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection. Clean and maintain display cases, shelves, and self‑serve displays within the Dairy Deli Frozen Department. Rotate product, fill displays, and ensure accurate pricing and shelf tags. Assist customers, access general public and co‑workers in a respectful manner. Meet lifting requirements: lift 25–60 pounds as needed. Qualifications
Read, write, and speak both Spanish and English; interact with general public and co‑workers. Understand simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence and present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Basic PC/Outlook skills (extra) and Retail Management Certificate (extra). Benefits
