Hourly Range: $26.52 - $39.50 plus benefits per Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Duties / Responsibilities / Physical Requirements
Safely operate heavy equipment (skid steers, loaders, excavators, etc.)
Use biter bucket to disassemble buildings & structures
Excavate and grade dirt, fill & or debris
Unload & load materials or equipment from platforms or trailers
Install & or remove loader attachments
Coordinate use of heavy equipment to separate various materials
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and lubrication of equipment
Climb onto, into and out of equipment using ladder
Walk and work on uneven surfaces
Use bodily coordination & dexterity of hands and feet
Work productively in personal protective equipment throughout shift in all weather conditions
Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
Meet regular and predictable performance standards
Education / Experience Candidates must have a HS diploma or equivalent and 1‑2 years of experience operating equipment or as an apprentice.
Job Specific Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Responsible and safety minded
Knowledge of using multiple equipment types (hammer, shear, grapple, and/or bucket)
Ability to make visible distinctions among various debris & scrap materials
Ability to collaborate and work with a team
