Job Overview
We’re looking for a Kitchen Facilities Technician to support day‑to‑day operations at River City Casino & Hotel in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and advanced maintenance tasks on kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
Execute work orders and assets via HotSOS and ensure timely completion.
Act as lead worker on assigned shift, distributing tasks and supervising junior staff.
Notify Maintenance Supervisor or Manager of major repairs, lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and equipment issues.
Coordinate with outside vendors and follow safety procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED plus at least 4 years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or kitchen equipment maintenance.
Advanced plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and general building repair skills.
Knowledge of Building Management Systems and central plant/emergency power distribution.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and interpret wiring drawings.
