Job Summary This position is responsible for performing duties associated with daily warehousing and shipping operations. These duties include receiving, supporting production, storing, shipping and inventory management of all materials required to meet vendor, company and customer expectations. Additional duties involve maintaining all related records and documents established within company systems and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Updates and distributes preliminary and confirming ship schedules daily. Coordinate and prepare daily shipments to assure on‑time delivery. Preparation of all required documentation required for shipments. Contact carriers to schedule and/or track shipments.
Maintaining control and tracking of product and material lot numbers. Responsible for maintaining and completing shipping, receiving, warehousing and raw material records.
Receiving of materials, equipment, etc., shipped to plant. Checking of incoming shipment with packing list against purchase orders.
Maintaining the storage of finished goods, materials, packaging, related supplies, and warehouse equipment by established systems and procedures. Coordinate intra‑plant transfers of finished goods and raw material. Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to assure inventory accuracy.
Loading shipments and unloading deliveries at Technimark.
Keeping all warehouse areas cleaned and organized at all times.
Mixing required materials and staging of materials, packaging and supplies required by the Production Department.
Assures that all materials are available to the Production Department to maintain continuous operation.
Recording of month‑end and other reports as required.
Assist in training as required.
Reports all matters that require his/her attention.
Adheres to compliance of company safety and housekeeping regulations.
Performs related work as required.
Drives truck for local runs between plants.
