THK Manufacturing of America is looking for a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you’ll help manage the flow of materials in and out of our facility—from receiving and storing shipments to pulling and delivering inventory for production—all while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Hours 3pm-11pm
What You’ll Do
Receive & Transport Materials: Move incoming shipments to the appropriate warehouse locations and input inventory movement into the system. Ensure stock quantities are accurate and correct any discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Maintain well-organized storage areas to support efficient retrieval and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices are followed.
Pull & Disburse Materials: Receive Manufacturing Orders (MOs), confirm materials, pull inventory from designated areas, and deliver to production while updating the system.
Cycle Counts & Confirmation: Assist with regular inventory checks, compare results with system records, and report discrepancies to Accounting.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with supervisors and team members to troubleshoot day‑to‑day material handling challenges.
Team Support & Training: Provide guidance to new team members as needed and assist other handlers with workflow improvements and task coordination.
Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure your area is neat, organized, and always meets safety standards.
Other Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the department.
What You Bring to the Table
Forklift Certification (or willingness to earn one within orientation period)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (with assistance up to 100+ lbs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
Familiarity with the metric system and basic computer skills
Good hand‑eye coordination and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Vocational training or equivalent experience preferred
Previous experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
