POSITION SUMMARY The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The Associate is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Picking Responsibilities:
Use a pallet jack to accurately pick orders, stage products, stack, package, band, shrink wrap, and label products as determined by client requirements.
Quality Control Responsibilities:
Verify that products and orders meet quality standards, report any damages or discrepancies, and process all functions as defined by SOP.
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance:
Execute all safety protocols, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and comply with all SOP, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.
Equipment Operation:
Operate a pallet jack and maintain equipment; report problems and follow prescribed work methods.
Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned, work overtime as dictated by business.

None
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/Or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations:
None.
Other:
Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months that can range from mild to moderate.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills:
None.
Language Skills:
English (reading, writing, verbal).
Mathematical Skills:
Basic to intermediate level to verify quantities of product, count inventory, or perform other duties associated with handling, storing, and distributing client products.
Other:
Strong attention to detail, ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, adaptability to fast‑paced work environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
6 months experience working in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
Current or prior MHE certification.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally handling/fingering, sitting.
Frequently bending.
Constantly walking and standing.
Ability to lift/carry and push/pull 21–50 pounds, reaching above shoulder, outward, squat, or kneel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. The employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.
