Custom Operations Assistant – Marucci Sports
Full‑time position that supports the production of custom wood bats. The role involves coordinating order preparation, ensuring product quality, managing the production schedule, and handling engraving, packaging, labeling, and shipping tasks.
Position Summary Marucci Sports invites a dedicated individual to join our Custom Operations team. The employee performs tasks involved in the production of the company's products while following standard work methods, practices, and safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe.
Position Responsibilities
Stage and coordinate order preparation for custom wood bats.
Ensure consistent quality on custom wood products.
Implement a production work schedule for order completion dates.
Assist in the custom wood production process: engraving, packaging, applying labels, and shipping.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
Thorough understanding of production equipment.
Thoroughness & Time Management.
Good written & oral communication skills.
Flexibility / adaptability.
Multi‑tasking skills.
Ability to Problem Solve.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Position Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office is required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Long periods of standing.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
