Pay is $15.50 an hour.
Scheduled shift: Monday – Friday.
Position Summary Under direct supervision, compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies. Counts material, property, equipment, merchandise, or supplies and posts totals to inventory/property records. Verifies record computations against physical count of inventory and adjusts errors, investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate physical inventory count and records.
Handle salvage product.
Check for outdated product.
Check in Delivery Drivers.
Inspect inbound trailers and unload returning goods.
Verify returned goods and damaged product.
Make decisions about disposition of returned goods.
Re‑enter goods into inventory.
Check Delivery Driver route tickets, customer orders, and prepare for operations.
Maintain accurate records of returns.
File invoices and other documents daily.
Receive Delivery Drivers’ receipts of the day’s customer deliveries.
Receive appointments as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
6+ months experience in warehousing, returns/unloading, or related area.
Will be trained on rider pallet jack.
Ability to work in normal warehouse temperatures including freezer/cooler ranging from 36°F (2°C) to –10°F (–23°C).
Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 30 lbs. regularly, up to 40 lbs. frequently, up to 65 lbs. occasionally.
