Lead Equipment Operator -Civil Construction

Alliance Construction is a growing excavation company with lots of opportunities. We are looking for a Lead machine operator with experience and vision to grow with us. At Alliance, we perform a wide range of earthwork, from mass excavation, digging footings, demolitions, to installing underground utilities. As a Lead Operator, you will:

Responsibilities Manage the job site Read blueprints Strip work sites, dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil. Focus on production and safety. Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.

Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience operating equipment Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record CDL is helpful but not required. Practical written and verbal communication skills
