Job Description As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring satisfaction and maintaining our excellent service reputation.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system
Process cash transactions and handle payments securely
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with various tasks to support smooth store operations
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail
Problem‑solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team
Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided
Schedule
Day Shift – 10am – 5pm
Dinner Shift – 4‑5pm – 9‑10pm
Closing Shift – 5‑6pm – 1am
Full‑time or Part‑time positions available. We are hiring for all shifts.
