Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Springdale
Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill a Bilingual Customer Service Representative position in Springdale. Candidates must be able to fluently communicate in both English and Spanish.
Description Arisa Health, Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, delivers outpatient, crisis, emergency, substance abuse, intensive children and adult, medical, and residential services across 41 counties. The Customer Service Representative ensures the efficient and effective implementation of Arisa Health’s intake for all new and returning clients, providing an interactive, welcoming response to inquiries and engaging clients in a supportive, non‑judgmental manner.
Responsibilities
Accurate and complete data collection to prepare and maintain client records.
Maintain fee agreements, update eligibility, and ensure that needed pre‑certifications and authorizations are in place.
Reconcile reports within the Electronic Medical Record and collaborate with therapists and staff on weekly report and billing issues.
Timely answer all phone calls and inquiries from clients or staff.
Provide interpreting services for Arisa associates working with Spanish‑speaking clients and their families.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of experience in a related field is preferred.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
