Seasonal Warehouse Associate
Wayfair is a leading online destination for the home. The Seasonal Warehouse Associate role supports our logistics network by handling the receipt, management, and dispatch of inbound furniture orders.
Base Pay Range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Shift
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do
Unload and receive inbound furniture orders requiring manually moving large, heavy goods.
Comfortably lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver product 150+ pounds unassisted or via a team lift.
Use scan technology to document carton level information, including condition, quantity, and warehouse location.
Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure all orders are received correctly, documenting any overage/shortage/damage.
Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
Provide input into existing user tools and recommend improvements.
Act as a vocal contributor to the team.
Work effectively with peers and managers.
Identify efficient ways to complete tasks and ask clarification when needed.
Read and comprehend English daily to ensure personal and team safety.
Cross‑train in other departments and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
What You'll Need
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and move 150+ lbs unassisted or via team lift.
Capable of working on the warehouse floor 8 hours/day or more.
Strong, consistent work ethic.
Comfort with scanning technology.
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus.
Experience working in High Jump is a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend English for safety.
