Job Summary Under direct supervision the Bulk Deli Cheese Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service. This position assists customers, cleans, fills and rotates the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli. The role consists of two different shifts; the morning shift begins by replenishing product in a specifically assigned area, and the clerk is responsible for assisting customers throughout the entire shift and maintaining department cleanliness.
What You'll Bring
Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

Requirements
Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required.
Ability to perform physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual and auditory requirements.
