RK Supply The Capital Projects Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for assisting with and maintaining accurate inventory levels across RK Supply Capital Projects locations in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. This role supports Sales and Inside Sales Representatives by ensuring effective utilization of RK inventory, tracking internal inventory movements and stock levels, and maintaining and replenishing inventory to meet customer needs. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a key role in preventing inventory discrepancies and maintaining data integrity within the inventory system. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with inside sales, purchasing, and procurement teams to ensure timely inventory availability and replenishment Review CP weekly transfer report to identify trends, demand, and recommend adjustments to inventory levels or stock replenishment Assist with maintaining accurate and current inventory records and item descriptions Partner closely with Capital Projects teams (Sales & ISRs) to align inventory needs with business requirements Process purchase orders for current & new items. (non-DC items) Monitor, track, and reconcile daily inventory levels Maintain documentation in inventory management systems Report obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving inventory Support compliance and audit requirements Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations Familiarity with inventory software, excel, and Netsuite Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of oilfield parts and codes Self motivated individual with good communication and teamwork skills Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
