Game Support / Guest Experience Team

Puttshack , a Chicago‑based upscale, tech‑infused mini golf experience that blends world‑class food, a full bar, and innovative game technology to provide a fun, tech‑centric entertainment venue.
Position Summary The Game Ambassador greets guests with a warm welcome on the courses, checks in reservations, explains rules, answers questions, and troubleshoots issues to ensure an exciting Puttshack game experience.
Schedule / Hours Our venues open 7 days a week, typically 11 am-1 am with variations. All positions w/ variable schedules: 15-30 hours per week depending on business needs and availability.
Position Responsibilities (May Include)
Bring your 'A' Game each day
Assist with general cleanliness of kiosks, game courses, and guest services area
Assist guests with checking in game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the course
Ensure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment in proper working order
Troubleshoot small issues on the course and elevate to management
Maintain pace sufficient to keep up with varying guest visits
Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
Take direction and be a team player
Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
Other projects or duties as assigned, including side‑work, opening, and closing duties
Required Skills and Experience
Must be 18+ years of age to apply
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
Passion for games and technology
High standards of guest service
Good communication skills and ability to problem solve
Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds
Work in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels
