Sr. Warehouse Associate – Indianapolis, IN The Sr. Warehouse Associate will be responsible for warehousing support related to domestic and international shipping and distribution of clinical trial and commercial products for RayzeBio programs.

This role includes receiving, material handling, shipping, distribution, and compliance with GXP and DOT regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate the receipt of domestic and international shipments from RayzeBio.

Execute the receipt of incoming materials and ensure proper documentation and handling.

Execute the sampling and dispensing of materials in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Administer activities associated with the material cycle counting program to maintain accurate inventory records.

Conduct and verify inspection of finished products (Visual Inspection & Checklist) prior to shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.

Provide expert, hands‑on execution in logistics, warehousing, and materials management operations.

Ensure strict adherence to policies and standard operating procedures for compliance with DOT and GXP regulations.

Assist in the implementation and optimization of the Electronic Inventory System/ERP and L7 rollouts.

Conduct and execute day‑to‑day warehouse operations, working to priorities and monitoring KPIs to ensure compliance and operational excellence in logistics and warehousing.

Assist in limited training of future Supply Chain team members, sharing expertise and best practices.

Ensure rigorous compliance with DOT, EH&S, Radiation Safety, and GMP requirements.

Familiar with hazardous materials management concepts, practices, and procedures associated with receipt, storage, issue, and transporting of hazardous materials, including environmental policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

2+ years relevant work experience required, preferably in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment; OR 1+ year experience in manufacturing/supply chain plus 1+ year of radiopharmaceutical experience.

An equivalent combination of education, experience and training may substitute.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of domestic and international receiving/shipping, with radiopharmaceutical experience preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations.

Exceptional professional ethics, integrity, and ability to safeguard confidential information.

Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while achieving corporate objectives.

Ability to oversee and perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE, setting standards for others.

Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. This position requires working in a laboratory environment; protective clothing, gloves, and safety glasses are required while working with radioactive materials.

Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation Overview Indianapolis – RayzeBio – IN: $34.05 – $41.26 per hour.
