Customer Service Representative
Join RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise operating over 175 stores. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you are the first and often only person interacting with customers, creating a pleasant experience and representing the brand. Responsibilities
Provide a fun, happy, and exciting environment for customers while taking orders. Uphold and represent a rock-solid brand image. Ensure the store is clean and sanitized for team and customers. Make perfect product consistently and take ownership of problem resolution. Learn organizational and inventory skills. Execute time management skills and multi-task in a competitive work environment. Operate all equipment inside the store. Use advanced technology and equipment used by the industry. Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit in some areas) and willing to learn. Strong communication and basic math skills. Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude with strong verbal skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible hours. Benefits
