What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for client products and services

Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Document and track customer interactions in databases

Maintain a strong knowledge of client products, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

High school diploma or GED

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships

A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology

Strong computer navigation skills

Eagerness to learn new technologies

Ability to work flexible hours, with schedule changes based on performance
