Job Description This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. There is no salary or guaranteed pay. Fallon Insurance Agency is building the next generation of Farmers Insurance agency owners. The Protégé Track is led by Leland Fallon, a consistently top-performing Farmers Insurance agent who has built one of the strongest agencies in his district and now focuses on training others to do the same.
This opportunity is designed for licensed insurance producers who want more than a sales role. It’s for professionals who want to be trained the right way, held to a high standard, and prepared to one day open and run their own successful Farmers agency. Protégés are trained inside a proven, award-winning agency, learning directly from systems that consistently produce top results.

Responsibilities
Quote and sell Property & Casualty insurance products
Conduct meaningful life insurance protection conversations
Issue and get paid on a minimum of 4 life insurance policies per month
Follow up with prospects and clients professionally
Manage personal activity and results with accountability
Produce consistently month over month
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain quickly
Comfortable with 100% commission-based income (1099)
Willing and able to sell life insurance as a core part of the role
Strong work ethic and personal accountability
Professional communication and follow-through
Self-motivated and able to manage performance without micromanagement
