Responsibilities The Senior Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Work Hours & Physical Requirements Position will work up to 38 hours per week. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications Minimum age requirement of 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
