The
Warehouse Operations Team Lead
will be responsible in leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, promoting teamwork, and enforcing compliance with safety and quality standards. This role will report to our Sr Manager, Warehouse & Logistics and will be an on‑site San Diego based role.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Assist in supervising day‑to‑day warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, and shipping
Assist in Kanban definition and management as assigned and directed
Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Train, coach, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality targets
Monitor workflow and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands
Conduct daily shift meetings, provide feedback to team members, and report performance metrics
Help maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
Collaborate with off‑site warehouse and support inventory planning to minimize stockouts, overstock, and obsolescence
Generate and analyze inventory reports; provide insights to support data‑driven decisions
Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing solutions
Ensure cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory support role
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, equipment, and safety regulations
Experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite), warehouse management systems (WMS), and computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
Our desired candidates have strong attention to detail and possess a high degree of initiative, self‑direction, and multi‑tasking abilities
Candidate has the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Brings strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be flexible in working hours as this position may require customer support during non‑regular business hours
Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions, including cold or hot environments
Location San Diego – on‑site
Travel Up to 5%
Job Type Full‑time, Exempt
Base Compensation Pay Range: $75,000 - $91,000
In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options, discretionary annual bonus, no‑cost health insurance plans, 401(k) with company match, and flexible paid time off.
Please note: Base compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
