Store Manager – Spencer's (Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween)
Hourly rate ranges from $19.77 – $20.02 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain Guest Services.
Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, merchandising and inventory control.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Ensure physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily.
Qualifications
Minimum age 21.
Prior retail management experience required.
