The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in adherence to all Company policies and procedures. Minimum age 18. Physical demands include over 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience required.
